Quote requests

When you submit a quote form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your ZIP code, if you enter one
• Project notes you choose to write

The main quote form requires a name and phone number. Email, ZIP code, and notes are optional there. The cost-calculator form requires a name and email, and phone and notes are optional. We also store the service you pick, the size or calculator summary, a price range if the calculator produced one, the page address where you submitted the form, and the referring website if your browser sends one.

We use this information to receive your inquiry and to send it to the contractor described below so someone can contact you about the work.

Who receives your inquiry

Quote requests are shared with an independent local concrete contractor who provides the estimate and performs the work. That contractor needs your details in order to respond.

We also use a hosted database to store the form submission and email to deliver a copy of the inquiry so it can be answered. Those providers handle the information only to provide that storage and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

Phone calls

The phone number published on this site is (352) 740-2634. On the public website, the Google tag can replace the number you see with a Google Ads call-forwarding number. If you call that forwarding number, the call is connected through to (352) 740-2634. Google may learn that a call was placed, when it happened, and how long it lasted, so ad calls can be measured.

This website does not record phone calls. Call audio is recorded only if someone on the call gives that notice. Nothing on this site turns recording on.

We do log clicks on phone links: the page, the number linked, device type, screen size, and where on the page the link was. That log is a count of clicks. It does not include the audio of a call.

Google tag and analytics

On the public website, we load Google’s tag with advertising ID AW-18504110687. It measures advertising, including quote-form conversions and calls from ads. It can store and read cookies and similar identifiers. You can review and change personalized Google ads in Google Ad Settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement in your browser with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. This site’s Google tag is the Ads tag above. Your browser’s cookie settings also limit what that tag can store.

We also use PostHog for site analytics on the public website. It records page views, clicks, heatmaps, and a replay of how a visit moves through the site. Text typed into form fields is masked in those replays. This is a recording of website use, not of phone calls. PostHog may use cookies or similar storage. Its notice is at posthog.com/privacy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser if you do not want that storage.

The Google tag and PostHog are not loaded on local development or preview hostnames.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests so we can respond, share them with the contractor, and keep ordinary business records of inquiries. This site does not delete them on an automatic timer. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete the quote record we still have, unless we need to keep it for a legal duty or for a job that is underway or already done.

Security

Quote details are sent from your browser to our server and stored in a hosted database. Access to the admin view of those records is limited to an authorized sign-in. A copy is also sent by email. These steps reduce who can see the information. They do not make storage or email perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for people planning concrete work. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
